Orders sent via "UPS Ground" or FEDEX average 2 - 5 business days once they leave the warehouse or our vendor’s facility.
Orders sent via "UPS or FEDEX 2 Day Air" average 2 business days once they leave the warehouse. Orders that ship directly from our vendors may not allow shipping options of overnight or 2 day. Furniture often takes longer to arrive due to shipping larger pieces and the weight and can be up to 1-2 weeks via LTL Carrier Freight.

White Glove Premium Delivery
Some furniture and heavy & delicate items such as oversized mirrors will require White Glove Delivery. This will be noted on the product page and will be calculated during the check-out process. These items will be delivered inside your home (up no more than two flights of stairs), unpack it, remove all packaging and light assembly. White Glove Delivery does not include installation such as hanging a mirror or hanging and wiring a light. If you require more than two flights of stairs, please enter this information in the comments field when checking out. We will contact you with the additional charges. You will receive an advance call from our delivery carrier to schedule the delivery to your home. Please inspect your delivery upon its arrival for any defects or damages and inform us immediately if you discover any. If you need to reschedule the delivery, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to avoid any charges for missed delivery appointments. White Glove Delivery rates are based on the total order as follows.

Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect all packages at the time of delivery for LTL Freight Carriers. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign and contact Parry & Dean immediately. This will insure and help us process the damage claim and send the replacement product in a timely manner.
