Returns and Exchanges
You may return an item/order for a refund within 30 days of the delivery. Please use the following steps to submit a return request:
1. Log into Parry & Dean, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) and select the order or item to return.
3. Fill out the following for the return request:
• Quantity to return
• Return reason
• Return action optional
• Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.
Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Our staff will review the request and contact you within 24 hours to execute the return. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (470) 231-0025. Please have your order number handy and indicate the reason for the return or exchange. Please note, the item must meet the return policy as outlined below.
Eligible Items for Return
Any item that has shipped within 30 days and does not fall in “Non-eligible items”. We will issue a credit within 24 to 48 hours once the item is received, inspected and approved. We will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the final refund amount, since we do not collect any shipping charges on the front end for orders and due to our vendors charging Parry & Dean a restocking fee.. Please note, some vendors may charge higher restocking fees as noted below.

Non-eligible Items for Return
Final Sale Items, Clearance Items, Special Ordered Items or Custom Items are NON-ELIGIBLE for returns. In addition, if an item is not returned in its original packaging or has been modified in any way from its “Original New Condition State” it will not be eligible for return.
