Ordering Process and Your Security
Placing an order with Parry & Dean, LLC is easy, safe and secure. We accept all major credit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
We use the highest security standards in the industry and the latest technology in Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from Geo Trust, that encrypts your credit card number and other personal information.
Order confirmations are automatically emailed to you once the checkout process is complete. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND COMPLETE. If you don't receive an email confirmation within 24 hours please contact us immediately at, firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-470-231-0025, Monday – Friday, 8AM to 8PM Eastern. Once your order ships from our vendor or our warehouse, you will receive another confirmation email, providing you a tracking number for your order. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Product Inventory Status
We strive to provide the most accurate stock inventory on a daily basis from our vendors and warehouse, but there are occasions when item runs out of stock, due to discrepancies. Should this ever happen with your order, we will notify you immediately of the re-stocking date and give you the option to wait or issue a full refund.
Price Match Guarantee
We realize decorating your home is a personal expression of your lifestyle, so we are grateful to have the opportunity to help bring your expression to life. If you find an item that you ordered from Parry & Dean or would like to order, offered by another retailer for a lower price, including all shipping & handling charges, we will be glad to match it.
In the unlikely event this happens, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 470-231-0025. You will need to provide the product URL for the item. Upon verification, we will issue a credit for the difference in pricing.
Please note: The applicable item or items must be new and an exact match in the brand name, construction, finish, size, etc. We cannot honor this policy for previously completed orders, unauthorized retail sellers or retailers outside the US, auction or flash sites, out of stock items and an invalid combination of promotional offers.
We will not share, disclose or sale your information to any 3rd party organization. Only our staff and vendors, who need access to your information in order to process your order, are allowed access to your personal information. Updating your personal information can be accessed by logging in to your account at parryanddean.com.
Product Information & Pricing Accuracy
Parry & Dean, LLC makes all reasonable efforts to ensure our site content is accurate and reliability in order to to effectively process orders. Parry & Dean, LLC reserves the right to correct improperly priced items and product information at any time. In the rare event we discover that an improperly priced item was processed and the credit card was charged, Parry & Dean, LLC will promptly notify you of the issue and give you the option to keep the order, but at the corrected price or void the sale and issue a full refund. This includes orders that may have been processed incorrectly with non-combinable promotional sales discounts and promotional codes that the system did not reject.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Most Parry & Dean products ship directly from our vendor’s warehouse from all over the country, passing on the saving to you. Some items as noted, may not be combined for that reason, and must be purchased separately and or shipped from our warehouse. Most items ship in 2 to 3 business days, plus transit time to deliver the package to you. Product delivery times are noted on the product page. Lead times may vary based on the many different locations. Special and custom items “made to order” may require additional lead-time, and may take up to 3-6 weeks, such as furniture. Special and custom items with extended lead-time will be noted on the product page. Furniture often takes longer to arrive due to shipping larger pieces and the weight. In addition, some furniture and fine pieces may require or need “white glove services” in order to protect the finishes and fine fabrics and will require an appointment for in home deliveries.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
